Brett Clemmer is a husband, father, disciple-maker, outdoor enthusiast, and avid Boston sports fan.

Brett joined Man in the Mirror in 2000 and currently serves as President and CEO. As a speaker, his passion is to make the church relevant to younger men and men on the fringe. He breaks through the resistance that many men feel toward spiritual topics with his use of personal stories and humor.

Brett’s role at Man in the Mirror includes providing direction for the ministry programs; speaking at men’s events, conferences and training programs; and writing. He is the co-author with Patrick Morley and David Delk of No Man Left Behind: How to Build and Sustain a Thriving Disciple-Making Ministry for Every Man in Your Church, as well as various articles and discipleship materials offered by the ministry.

Prior to Man in the Mirror, Brett worked in both the nonprofit and business sectors. Among other pursuits, he has run a juvenile detention shelter, a 700-bed homeless program, and the startup of a software company.

Brett and his wife, Kimberly, currently live in Sanford, Florida. They have been married since 1991 and have two amazing kids, Cassidy and Jackson. Brett loves to hang out with his wife, go on rock climbing trips, and spend time with his friends. His latest hobby is riding a mountain bike (sometimes into gator-infested rivers).

“Men are struggling,” shares Brett. “I’ve had the opportunity to speak to men from around the world. You know what? Most men struggle with the same things. They want to do it all on their own. Like Habakkuk says, ‘We worship our own strength.’ Unfortunately, it often takes a crisis to help men realize they need the love, grace, and power of Christ to become the men they somehow sense they were made to be.”

David Delk has a great talent for helping people remember vital truths from God’s Word. His use of humor, illustrations and unique visual aids help men apply Biblical principles to life.

David currently serves as Executive Pastor at Grace Church in South Carolina. He is the author or co-author of five books, including The Marriage Prayer, The Dad in the Mirror, and No Man Left Behind. David has served as President and CEO of Man in the Mirror, President of the National Coalition of Men’s Ministries, and has served as a visiting lecturer in Biblical Studies at Reformed Theological Seminary.

David graduated with a degree in Mathematics from Furman University. He was selected to be a member of Phi Beta Kappa and went on to earn his Master of Divinity degree from Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando, FL.

Before joining Man in the Mirror, David was a Senior Consultant with Energy Management Associates, where he developed software and managed consulting projects with large public utilities. He has been the featured speaker for churches and men’s groups across America.

He lives in Greer, SC with his wife, Ruthie. They have three children.

Tyler Sutton started his adventure with Jesus at a young age and felt the Lord calling him to vocational ministry when he was 15 years old. He grew up in a church that prioritized reaching men and that invaluable environment set the stage for his own discipleship journey and also his passion to reach others.

Tyler is a coach at heart who loves getting to serve pastors and train leaders. He wholeheartedly believes the Church is the hope of the world, and he strives to strengthen it in any way he can. He is convinced that the discipleship of men can lead to healing marriages, strengthening families, transforming the church, and changing communities.

Tyler was first exposed to the No Man Left Behind Model as an associate pastor at a large church outside Indianapolis, giving him a unique perspective on the training after seeing the results firsthand. He personally experienced  the transformational power of a church having “an all-inclusive ministry to men” approach.

In 2015, Tyler began to feel the Lord leading him to join Team MIM. He became an Area Director, and he currently leads the West Central Arizona Coalition for Men’s Discipleship. In addition, he serves as a Regional Director, responsible for overseeing and leading fellow Field Team members in the West/Southwest United States, including Arizona, Nevada, and California. Tyler also has the pleasure of training incoming Field Representatives, helping them get on-boarded quickly and coaching them through their initial training steps. He loves details and processes and enjoys helping others come to a greater understanding of them.

Tyler is a meat-atarian and a die-hard St. Louis Cardinals and University of Arizona Wildcats fan. He also thinks the Burger King guy is really creepy. He lives in Peoria, Arizona, with his bride, Casey, and two awesome kids, Harper and Jack.

David (“Dave”) Wertheim is a respected and sought-after speaker, motivator, and teacher. He has been mentoring and discipling men for more than 28 years and has led 60 small groups, directly impacting thousands of people. He also founded and previously directed the men’s ministry at Bayside Church in Granite Bay, California.

Raised in a Jewish home in the New York City Housing Projects, he came to faith in Christ at 26 years of age. His own spiritual journey provides keen insights into how men struggle, process, grow, and ultimately are transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit. Out of these insights, Dave has authored two books, Men U: Courses for a Transformed Life and Men U: Advanced Courses for a Transformed Life, that are recognized and endorsed as powerful tools to help men lead victorious spiritual lives.

Dave serves as Founder and President of Men U for Transformed Lives, a Faculty Trainer with Man in the Mirror, Adjunct Faculty at William Jessup University, and a pastor in the Evangelical Covenant Church.

Dave’s business background spans 37 years serving Hewlett-Packard in middle-management marketing roles, and he currently consults with clients, helping them maximize marketing effectiveness and revenue generation.

Dave is a graduate of The Ohio State University (MS) and Brooklyn College of the City University of New York (BS). Happily married to Rose for more than 37 years, he currently resides in Roseville, California. They have three adult sons, Paul, Rick, and Michael, who are walking faithfully with the Lord.
